In order to create order and make your courses that are important to you accessible for editing, you can mark the important courses as favorites.
In your Teacher dashboard, click on All Courses to view your courses list page.
Choose your course and click on the heart until it becomes a red.
To view all your favorite courses, click on the Favorites button from the side menu.
To remove a course from favorites, click again on the heart until it becomes grey.
